Airsidian, Inc. operates AirShare+ (ASP), this website and related services. This policy explains how we handle information when you create an account, connect with people, share content, use nearby discovery, interact with Seer, use available wallet features or contact us. Contact support@airshareplus.com with privacy questions.
Information you provide
We collect account and profile information such as names, handles, email addresses, phone numbers, profile photos, birthday information, verification status and preferences. We also collect content you choose to submit, including photos, videos, audio, messages, comments, event and job posts, business information, links, support requests and reports. Your account links these records to you. Some age-check information may be processed on your device; birthday information you choose to share can be stored with your profile.
Location and connections
When you enable location features, we may collect precise coordinates, approximate location, selected places and proximity information to provide Grid, AirProxy, nearby people, events, jobs and relevant alerts. We also store connections, friend relationships and related requests. Your device permissions and in-app preferences affect location access and visibility. Turning off permission stops new device location access but does not automatically delete previously stored posts or records.
Wallet and transaction information
Available wallet features process public wallet addresses, wallet identifiers, balances, asset and network information, transactions, transfers, payment or purchase records and related support and security information. Blockchain addresses, transactions and amounts may be publicly visible on their networks and cannot generally be erased or reversed by us. A private app profile or receipt does not make blockchain activity anonymous. Never send support your recovery phrase, private keys, passwords or verification codes.
Seer and AI services
Questions, submitted content and relevant conversation context may be sent to AI service providers to generate responses. Saved preferences or memory can help personalize your experience. Providers may process or retain submitted data according to the service configuration and their applicable terms. Do not submit secrets or unnecessary sensitive personal information. AI responses can be incorrect and should not replace qualified advice for important decisions.
Usage, device and diagnostic information
We collect account and device identifiers, notification tokens, service access information, engagement and navigation records, and technical reports used to operate and improve the service. Diagnostics can include app and runtime versions, startup stages, errors, stack-frame details, timing, responsiveness and slow frames. Some diagnostic capture is limited to authorized testing accounts. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process network information such as IP addresses and request logs.
How we use information
We use information to create and authenticate accounts; verify users and age eligibility; deliver profiles, messages, uploads, notifications and wallet features; personalize nearby discovery and relevant experiences; handle support, reports and moderation; prevent fraud and abuse; protect accounts and services; measure engagement; and troubleshoot reliability and performance. We may send service notices and, where applicable and permitted, promotional communications. Marketing messages provide a way to opt out; essential account and security notices may still be sent.
Sharing and service providers
Information is shared with the people and audiences you choose and with providers that help us operate the service. Providers include Google/Firebase for authentication and data services, Cloudflare for hosting and media delivery, Expo for app delivery and notifications, and AI and blockchain infrastructure providers for enabled features. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, to investigate misuse, or in connection with a business transaction subject to applicable protections. We do not sell personal information to data brokers or use names, emails or phone numbers for cross-company targeted advertising. If advertising or sharing practices change, we will update this policy and applicable disclosures.
Public content and recipients
Public profiles, handles, business details and posts can be viewed by their permitted audience. People who receive content may copy or share it outside the service. Blocking an account or changing visibility does not necessarily remove copies already received. Avoid publishing private information about yourself or others without permission.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain your account, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal or accounting obligations. Retention depends on the type and purpose of the record. Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups, logs or records we must retain. Public blockchain records are outside our deletion control. We use technical and organizational safeguards and access controls, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your privacy choices and requests
Use available profile, privacy, location and notification settings to control sharing and permissions. You can also change permissions in your device settings. To request access, correction, deletion of your account or personal information, or other applicable privacy rights, email support@airshareplus.com with the subject Privacy request. Include your account email or handle and describe the request; do not include your password or recovery credentials. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Some information may be retained where permitted or required for security, legal or accounting reasons. Your rights and any applicable appeal process depend on your location; contact us if you disagree with a response.
Age eligibility
AirShare+ requires users to be at least 16. Do not create an account if you are under 16. If you believe a younger person has provided personal information, contact support@airshareplus.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Age checks and restrictions do not replace parental guidance.
International processing and changes
Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries with different privacy laws. We apply protections required by applicable law. We may update this policy as features and practices change. The effective date identifies the current version; we will provide additional notice of material changes where required.
